1. Using Canva to Create QR Code Business Cards

If budget is a concern, I recommend using the Canva graphic design platform. Canva is a feature-rich online design tool that offers a variety of business card templates, suitable for both beginners and professional designers.

2. Log in to Canva and Choose a "Business Card" Template

Select a business card style you like from the template library.





3. Add Your Personal Information and Contact Details



4.  Generate a QR Code

Next, convert your data (e.g., website URL, messaging app account) into a QR code. I use Tahoe QR Scanner to create the QR code.


With just one click, you can instantly convert your data into a QR code.



5. Add the QR Code to Your Business Card

Upload the generated QR code to Canva and place it in the appropriate position on the business card. Once the design is complete, download the business card and print it.




Business Card Design Tips



Choose the Appropriate Business Card Size and Style:

The standard business card size is usually 90mm x 54mm, but you can select different styles and materials based on your needs.

Ensure the Card is Neat and Information is Clear:

The information on the card should be concise and clear, including basic details like your name, title, company name, and contact information.

Ensure the QR Code Size and Position are Appropriate:

The QR code should not be too small and should be placed in a prominent position on the card for easy scanning.
