In recent years, there have been more and more new creative gourmet dishes. Today's "Crazy Pot" is a new brand under the largest hot pot group inTaiwan. It opened in the second half of last year (2021). Beiziqiang South Road is very topical as soon as it opens. It is different from the general traditional hot pot flavor. Crazy Pot integrates classic Taiwanese snacks, such as shochu shrimp, pork ribs, Huadiao chicken, etc. Very novel, we decided to try it at noon on weekdays.

For example, when I eat hot pot, I prefer green vegetables to meat. There are quite a lot of vegetables to choose from here, and you can eat enough. dietary fiber 👌

▲ The Huadiao Chicken Pot provides two meals. First fry the chicken until golden brown, add onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Pour in Shaoxing wine and Huadiao sauce. The clerk will evaporate the wine during the frying process and simmer the chicken with a lid. When it's fully cooked, you can taste "eat it" first. I think the chicken is quite soft and tender, and there is a slight aroma of wine when chewing.

Dining Experience
The hot pot soup of "Crazy One Pot" is different from the traditional hot pot soup. Although the process is more troublesome, it makes the soup richer and has a unique taste suitable for the dish. The store has launched a campaign of scanning QRcode to send meat, even friends with bigger appetites can eat very full!
Personally, I prefer " Garlic Clam Angry Pot ". I think Huadiao Chicken Pot is too salty (you can tell the clerk to adjust the saltiness). Garlic Clam Angry Pot is paired with green vegetables to make the soup more sweet and cold. The weather is very suitable for eating, and I will want to order it again on my next visit!
