Production process
1. Cut out the bag
First cut the plastic film along the dotted line. This packaging bag is also one of the tools that will be used later. Don't throw it away!
▲ Flatten the packaging bag and you will see a model of a sushi plate, vinegared rice and seaweed as shown in the picture above.
2. Making vinegar rice
In the oval part marked "1" in the plastic box, add water up to the line marked on the inside, add the vinegar rice ingredients (blue seasoning bag), and stir until it solidifies.
▲ The taste of the vinegar rice is champagne soda, and it really looks like white rice after stirring and solidifying 😆!
3. Making tuna and tamagoyaki
Then make tuna (red seasoning packet) and tamagoyaki (yellow seasoning packet) respectively. This step is the same as the process of making vinegar rice just now. Add water and stir evenly and wait for three minutes to solidify.
Small reminder: water must be added to the line, which is the most appropriate ratio. The water in the picture is too little, it looks very thick, and it will affect the model effect.
4. Making seaweed
Pinch and pull the black fondant, and adjust it according to the comparison picture on the plastic film.
5. Make the sushi filling (salmon roe)
In the place where A and B are written on the bottom of the plastic box , first add water to the line, and then pour in the salmon roe ingredients A and B respectively . Then use a small dropper to absorb the orange liquid, and then drip down from the top of the light blue liquid, and salmon eggs will be formed. This step is very interesting😍

6. Kneading sushi

Experience:
It was my first time to make Kracie Chiyu fruit. It was very interesting to follow the steps. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that the mixing bag with water would change into various dishes! No wonder it's so popular in Japan! Later, I will want to buy other styles to try it out. It is also a good way to learn from the failure process.
