What I want to share today is "Formosa stone spa" in Hsinchu, which is "Taiwan's first Japanese-themed rock bathing space". Offers 5 themed stone spas, as well as nearly 5000 books and various classic Japanese manga and books. Enjoy a variety of facilities and services for the most stress-relieving experience.
💬 Little knowledge: The stone spa originated from Tamagawa Hot Spring in Akita Prefecture, Japan. It is a dry hot spring lying on natural ore. Sweat through the rock bath can help to maintain beauty, promote physical health, improve blood circulation and metabolism, And thus achieve the effect of promoting health.
The stone Spa is located at B1 , Nanya Plaza, Dalu Pavilion, Hsinchu. Outside the museum is a wooden walkway with texture, and with soft melody background music, it seems to give people the illusion of being in Japan.
While waiting for admission, there is an introduction to dry hot springs and rock bathing stones in the showroom outside the museum. You can scan the QR code to read the introduction of the Stone Spa article!
▲Using a variety of natural rocks, you can understand its efficacy and role through the introduction.

Theme 1
The symbolic meaning of the bamboo Finnish bath is:
Just like being in a bamboo forest, it can relax the tense body, take away the deep fatigue, and have the effect of perspiration and metabolism.
Runzhu Finnish Bath has the highest temperature among the five facilities, about 70 degrees. It is not recommended to bring electronic products in. There is a key cabinet outside the door, and mobile phones and electronic products can be locked in the cabinet.
Theme 2:
Green is the representative color of spring, quiet but full of bright air, like the warm spring breeze, injecting youthful vitality into the tired body and mind.
▲ The temperature here is relatively low, about 40 degrees, and many people will stretch and do hot yoga here.
Theme 3
Rock salt soothes the stiffness of the body, the soft pink soothes the worries in the heart, the red exudes warmth, and the body and mind are completely relaxed.
▲ Check the usage status image, if the seats are full, you need to wait in line outside.
▲ The temperature here is about 50 degrees, mainly rose rock salt from the Himalayas, and a large bath towel is used to spread on top of the stone, like lying on the massage trail. .
Theme 4 :
The ink color like the night, as if feeling the silence of the night under the starry sky, relieve the pressure brought by the busy life, and enjoy the quiet leisure time.
The indoor temperature is about 55 degrees, and the God Black Stone, which was shipped to Taiwan by air from Japan, can bring sterilization, deodorization, humidity control and redox effects.
There are two different positions here, one is to lie down completely, and the other is to sit and lie down, you can do a rock bath while watching the starry sky! Well-deserved reputation, it is indeed a popular photo check-in spot!
