CHOOSEBASE shopping process


QRcode is placed in each product area in "CHOOSEBASE" . Use your smartphone as a salesperson to explain products to consumers.
By scanning the QR code, you can put the products you want to buy in the web shopping cart first, and consumers no longer need to carry shopping baskets to go shopping, and can concentrate on shopping.

Purchase content confirmation

Since the store is an online and offline shopping mode, there may be queues at checkout. CHOOSEBASE provides two notification channels (Line or Email). After completing the notification settings, you will see the screen on the right, and the time is up. Present this screen at the cashier to complete the payment process.

In addition, you can also choose to place an order through the online website, and let the manufacturer ship directly to your home (only in Japan)

CHOOSEBASE environment introduction


CHOOSEBASE SHIBUYA remodeled the first floor of the PARKING building of Seibu Shibuya store, which has been carefully remodeled.

The overall space is composed of two wide passages intersecting. The road extending from the entrance to the intersection is slightly narrowed, and curved light tubes are cleverly arranged above the head to guide consumers to the depths of the space. This design brings a strong sense of immersion, making people feel as if they are in a brand new world.




The entire space is divided into four adjacent areas , and these four areas are called "BASE" . Each BASE has a unique style and characteristics, and displays a variety of different types of goods.




BASE A mainly displays goods such as miscellaneous goods and clothing.



BASE B focuses on food and beauty products, and offers a variety of recommended products for daily small gifts.





BASE C is an area that gathers beauty brands such as domestic and foreign cosmetics, skin care products, and hair products.



BASE D is a personalized coffee shop "TAILORED CAFE", which adopts cashless payment and mainly provides home-roasted coffee beans. There are more than 10 kinds of colorful coffee flavors to choose from every day.
