Compared with traditional paper recipes, this new method not only allows you to see the text description, but also watch video demonstrations, making learning easier.




In the past, to learn cooking, you had to buy a recipe book before you could start practicing, but it is inconvenient to carry a recipe book, especially when you are shopping in the supermarket, you still need to look through the books to find the ingredients you need. Such a traditional method is not only inconvenient, but also a waste of time.



The QR code APP I use can perfectly solve these problems. I think the APP's "scan picture QRcode function" is very useful, because it can easily decode the pictures with QR code in the phone album.

The serving size of this recipe can make about 12~15 beef nuggets, and the serving size can be increased or decreased by yourself.

2. Put the whole egg, egg yolk, and sugar into a bowl, and beat the egg yolk with warm water to ensure that the egg yolk can be smoothly beaten into a soft and fluffy state.

  • Uniform heating: Basin heating can evenly heat the egg yolk mixture, avoid local overheating or condensation, and ensure that the egg yolk can be evenly beaten.

  • Control the temperature: Water-proof heating can help control the heating temperature of the egg yolk, so as to prevent the egg yolk from overheating and congealing into egg flowers, or insufficient heating so that it cannot be fully whipped.

  • Avoid scalds: Basin heating can avoid direct contact with high temperature, reducing the risk of scalding, especially when the egg yolk mixture needs to be stirred for a long time.

3. Sift the low-gluten flour into the egg batter, cut and mix gently with a spatula.

  • Excessive stirring: low-gluten flour has a high protein content. Excessive stirring will stimulate the gluten strength formed by the protein, causing the air bubbles to shrink excessively, resulting in the failure of defoaming.

  • Uneven mixing: When mixing low-gluten flour, unevenly mixing the flour with other ingredients can cause localized gluten formation, which can burst air bubbles.

4. Put the batter into a piping bag, because I don't have a piping bag, so I use a plastic bag instead, it is recommended to use a piping bag to squeeze it into a shape of the same size.

5. Use a sieve to put an appropriate amount of powdered sugar on the surface, which will make the surface of the batter stand up more beautifully when it is baked.

6. Put it into the preheated oven, bake in the middle layer for about 6-8 minutes, the surface will change color slightly, then take it out and let it cool.

7. To make the cream, put the cream at room temperature to soften, add powdered sugar, and stir well.
