PDCA is the foundation of all work skills. 1. Plan

2.  DO

In the planning stage, the "method to solve the problem" can be seen, so in the execution stage, it must be broken down into multiple actions, and then the actions will be implemented into specific methods and implemented thoroughly. The point is to quickly concretize actions into "missions" .

If you can convert these abstract actions into specific “tasks” that should be completed, such as “get up at 6:00 every morning and run 5 kilometers”, “use the Internet to find information in the two hours after dinner today”, etc., you can force yourself to perform. Plus, if the things to be done are specific enough, the willingness to invest can also be strong.




3.  Check

Because people who hear PDCA for the first time will be confused by "both DO and ACTION have the meaning of 'doing and engaging'", and only "improvement action" may have the meaning of omitting the extension plan, and it is not completely correct. We need to think about the adjustment plan for transitioning to the next cycle according to the inspection result. There are the following four adjustment plans.

Refers to reviewing intelligence collection and one's own status quo, and deciding to change the goal, or delay the achievement of the goal, which is to interrupt the current PDCA and restart a new PDCA.
